Jogging was very very low this year ...

Just started a hand ful training runs, but thats it. Nothing serious.

Just started a hand ful training runs, but thats it. Nothing serious.

2005

Jogging was very very low this year …

• Went to the Kerzerslauf without any training - a desaster in 35 Min :-(

Did a little bit of training, but not enough for further competitions.

2004

• Training since End of March, 2-3 times per Week
• Finished the GrandPrix Berne 2004 on May 8th in 1:46 h
• just 1-2 times training per week May/June
• Finished the Frauenlauf on June 13th in 29:41 min
• Finished the Silvesterlauf in Zurich Dec 12th in very slow 30 min after no training for a couple of month

2002

• just a couple of test runs in February 2002
• not much of a training
• Finished the 16,09km in 1:51 h GP Bern 2002
