ShoppingList V1.0.3

I just did another version of the ShoppingList midlet. It now supports managing multiple shopping lists. I think the midlet won't be enhanced any more, as it should stay simple (that's also the reason, why it has no multi-language support). My eyes are tired, so sleep well.
