Suzie News 2004 1 __2*0*0*4__ 1 December __Fitness?__ Started to do some sports again. Wow, where is my fitness gone? Incredibly it seems that I lost every strenght in the accident. I started to do some jogging again, went horseriding and we even took place in one official run {link:Silvesterlauf|http://www.silvesterlauf.ch/} in Zurich. __End of the year__ Over christmas I visited my familiy and from 27th dec until jan 2nd I was skiing with some friends in Austria. It was great, we had a lot of fun together. 1 November __Vacation__ Long ago I planned a vacation with two friends of mine. We wanted to go to South America (chile), but we couldn't get flights. I was very happy because I didn't feel so well to do a lot of sightseeing and mountain tours. We then decided to go to Djerba, Tunisia to enjoy the sun for a week. 1 October __Accident__ Before I could make the test to get my motorcycle driving licence I had an accident. On Oct 13th I was driving to work with a colleague, he was following with his motorbike I had to stop because a Truck stopped in Front of me. The car behind my colleague didn't stop and crashed into his bike with full speed from behind. While he was thrown through the air the (now attached to the hook of the car) bike from my colleague hit me. I was pushed onto the other side of the road where another car hit me. __Recreation__ We were both very lucky, nobody did break anything and we both didn't need to stay in hospital. I spent 1,5 weeks at home and missed my driving licence test. The motorbikes are both fully wrecked. No more sports the rest of the month, just relaxing and maybe doing a short walk... 1 September __Motorbike__ I finished all mandatory courses (basic 2 + 3, and traffic) for the motorcycle test and did some driving to work or on nearby hills. __still Summer__ Spending the rest of the time with more summer actions, jogging, inline skating ({link:Monday Night Skate|http://www.mns.ch/}) etc. 1 August __Iceland__ In the beginning of August I went on a horseriding trip in Iceland, the Landmannalaugar-Tour in the south of the island. It was a great trip and I met some very nice people and had a very good time. __still Summer__ Spending the rest of the time with typical summer actions, like going to the open air cinema, a weekend trip to Verona, Italy. Went on with driving the motorcycle and visited the first of three basic courses. 1 July __Summertime__ Our jogging training is not going to well at the moment, we dont go very long and even not fast. The horses are on vacation in the mountains, eating grass all day for 2 month and even the dancing will have a break, there is summerbreak with my dancing lessons as well. So I will have time to go swimming and learn to drive my new motorbike. __Started driving__ Got it! My new F 650 CS is there! This was quite fast. And it looks so good. I really like it. I started driving and I think it is a very good bike for beginners, very easy to drive! {scaled-image:img=Dscn4525_s.jpg|thumb=140|size=original} \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ 1 June __running__ Finished the 5km of the {link:Frauenlauf|http://www.frauenlauf.ch/} in 29 Minutes. \\ {scaled-image:img=Dscn4513_s.jpg|thumb=140|size=original} \\ __Motorbike__ Got my learning driving licence and ordered a BMW F 650 CS (Scarver). \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ 1 May __running__ Now we changed our training a bit, because the next run will be short (5 km) nad we want to go faster there. __Motorbike__ Joined in for a tour on a motorbike sometimes and got the idea that driving myself would be fun. 1 April __running__ A friend of mine and I started running. We go together every tuesday and sometimes on weekends. Because we are taking part in the Grand Prix of Berne (10 miles) {link:GP Bern|http://www.gpbern.ch/} we also went running some other times. __Legends of Aranna__ I finished my LoA single player game. 1 March __Playing__ Every spare minute I get - I use it to play either Dungeon Siege - Legends of Aranna or Prince of Persia - Sands of Time. I ordered the new PC at the Dell Internet Store and then tracked all the way from manufacturing till delivery online :-) __Skiing__ Jippeee! Vacation time - I go Skiing for one week in Austria at the end of February. I will celebrate my Birthday there __In the mood for a fight__ Playing Dungeon Siege whenever there is free time to do .. Its fun to play with Marcus who is in Frankfurt while beeing in Berne myself! Once we even had Chris with us, who is living somewhere east of Frankfurt. 1 January __Wedding__ My Brother is going to marry his girlfriend in January and I will go to Germany to join the party.
