5ud0ku - 1.8

Today we released Version 1.8 of our Sudoku midlet (5ud0ku) on this site. It does not contain any new functional feature, but has small bugfixes and enhanced controls for pointer devices. It also offers a hungarian language set, as well as the possibility to select the language from the preferences menu. Ivonne also merged MIDP2 code together with MIDP1 code an made the jar file compatible to MIDP1, but still using MIDP2 fullscreen features… Because this is a little bit tricky, the release is not published on getjar.com, yet. We will wait another week or so and do some testing on MIDP1 devices to see, if all seems to work well.

So if you have an 'older' java phone, you are invited to give it a try and tell us, if it worked.
