I never had problems with the controllers and they appear to be polite and helpful in general - but for their security task, they also need to be respected. So why is there only one size for the uniform they have to wear? This is not a one-fits-all clothing! Getting respect is made easier by looking respectful in the first place, so pls RMV - make life easier for your men at front.
